Is psychotherapy covered by the insurance?
As a psychotherapist in training under supervision I offer below average prices for psychotherapy, however at this stage without the possibility of reimbursement by the Austrian health insurance, instead only through private insurance.

What is the cancellation policy?
A session can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation within the 48-hour period will be charged. The only exceptions are cases where immediate medical intervention is required.

Who will know about the content of the session?
According to § 15 PsthG the psychotherapist as well as any auxiliary person is obligated to maintain confidentiality about any content that is being shared with them during their practice as a psychotherapist.

How long until I see results?
Numerous studies show the benefits of psychotherapy. However, it is important to realise that one could get out of therapy as much as one is willing to invest in the sessions.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Money and financial stability are enormous topics in our everyday life and they also play a role in deciding whether to seek psychotherapeutic treatment. The fee per session is to be discussed during the first interview by taking into consideration one's income and other factors.

How long does each therapy session take?
Typically sessions last 50 minutes. However, due to Covid-19 regulations, in order to ensure proper ventilation between sessions, they have been shortened to 45 minutes.

What happens if I don't pay?
If an invoice is not paid by the last warning date, a collection agency will be involved.
